Make Your Own Ice Cream!

Ingredients (for one serving)
Small and large re-sealable plastic bags
½ cup salt
Ice cubes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup of half and half
½ tsp vanilla

First, fill the large bag halfway with ice and add the salt.
Next fill the smaller bag with sugar, half and half and vanilla.
Seal this bag and place it inside the larger bag, then seal the large bag.
Then for about 5 minutes you shake the bag until the ice cream hardens.

Tip:
The large bag will leak so be sure and do this over a sink or outside. If not you will have salt water everywhere!
Next empty the small bag into a bowl!

Tip:
Because the small bag will be covered in salt water, you need to dip it quickly into ice water or wipe with a wet cloth. This will keep the salt from mixing into your ice cream.
