Article by Lexington Mom Goes Viral

One Lexington mom has seen her words go global with an article about childbirth choices and her personal experience.

Cristen Pascucci is Vice President of ImprovingBirth.org, an organization that works to educate women about evidence-based childbirth and empowers mothers to not feel pressured into medical practices and procedures. She is also a Lexington mom of one, a political and communications strategist and a writer.

Her post, titled “Selfish Women and Their Silly Birth Experiences,” can be found here on the Improving Birth website. The post discusses a women’s choices to have a safe and positive birthing experience and has had more than 60,000 views so far around the world.
