Annual Summer Camp Set for Saturday, April 12
These dark and dreary winter days always leave us yearning for summer. Maybe that’s why February is the month when Lexington Family gets serious about summer.
And not just summer but SUMMER CAMP!
That’s right, it’s time to start planning for summer camp. And the best place to do that is at Lexington Family Magazine’s 12th annual Summer Camps & Activities Fair on Saturday, April 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Fair will again be at the gymnasiums at Lexington Christian Academy at 450 West Reynolds Road.
Where else can you find giant inflatable slides, edible volcanoes, face painting, ballerinas, games, American Girl dolls, costumed characters, dozens of giveaways and enough camp programs to fill a hundred summers?
You’ll find more than 90 booths filled with all sorts of camps, classes, activities for your kids’ summer of fun, plus information on health care, dentists, private schools, enrichment classes and academic help.
As always, the Fair will be FREE and open to everyone.
Best of all, while Mom and Dad are busy checking out the camps and other programs, the kids can be busy playing games, sliding down the giant inflatables, trying out hands-on crafts, getting their faces painted and competing in hula hoop contests.
We will hold the annual Cover Model Contest. Get your kids’ photos taken for free by a professional photographer, and you may find your child on the cover of Lexington Family Magazine.
Come join us because this is where great summers begin.
