Early Memberships to Hamburg YMCA Go on Sale July 11
The YMCA of Central Kentucky will begin selling exclusive charter memberships on Monday, July 11 at a temporary membership sales office located off Pascoli Place behind the new Y, located at 2681 Old Rosebud Road.
Amenities at the new 62,000-square-foot facility include a 10,000-square-foot wellness center, a youth development wing, an aquatic complex, three studios for group exercise classes, a multi-functional wellness area, full-size gymnasium and a three-lane walking/running track.
Benefits of charter membership include an invitation to special early access a week before the facility’s grand opening, invitations to charter member only events, and accessories such as a limited edition charter member tote bag, T-shirt, and water bottle.
Charter members also will get the chance to meet YMCA staff, including newly selected Hamburg Place YMCA Vice President Dana Ensley, who encourages community members to come enjoy early benefits.
“We have an opportunity to have a significant impact in the area,” Ensley said. “This is our chance to tell the story of the Y as early as possible and educate the community about everything we’re going to offer, and the temporary office will give a snapshot of what our facilities will look like.”
The temporary membership sales office will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. during July, August, September and October.
