Fit Family Challenge:Recap
Over the course of eight weeks this summer, Central Kentucky families walked, jogged, swam, biked, played sports and took fitness classes as part of the 2016 Fit Family Challenge.
This was Lexington Family Magazine’s first year participating in the program, and our readers proved that Lexington plays to win. We beat Louisville’s Challenge by logging 218,304 more minutes of activity than their region.
