Next Best Years Conference

Former UK basketball player Cameron Mills will deliver the keynote address at the Fayette County Extension Office’s 23rd annual “Next Best Years of Your Life: Living the Good Life” on Friday, Sept. 14 at the Extension Center at 1140 Harry Sykes Way.

Mills, who played on two NCAA championship teams, is a senior management liaison for a home healthcare company.

Other conference topics include aging and depression; cooking for one, two or a few; quilt art; proper diet; and chair aerobics.

Registration runs 8-9 a.m. and the conference concludes at 3:30 p.m. The conference costs $12 for attendees and includes breakfast and lunch. Door prizes will be awarded during the last 30 minutes.
