Camp introduces kids to the culinary world, allowing them to create and enjoy great food in a modern kitchen with professional chefs. Students will learn several recipes each day and receive education on kitchen safety, basic knife skills, health coaching on food and dining etiquette. Plus, field trips to local farms, markets and the local food co-op. All materials, breakfast and lunches & snack included. Campers eat what they cook.
